Fred Flintstone joined celebrities in trouble with the law when a sheriff’s deputy in Pasco County, Florida, pulled him over Nov. 4 for speeding in a Wesley Chapel housing development. He was nabbed in a Smart car customized to look like the foot-powered caveman car seen in the 1960s cartoon series, according to local local station WPTV. Police identified the driver as Mr. Fred Flinstone (sic), and said his real name is Don Swartz.

That’s a Yabba Dabba Don’t! The sheriff’s office said in a Facebook post that Flinstone (aka Swartz) “became irritated” after being issued a speeding citation, the barefoot driver “became unruly” and had to be detained, the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office said. He was later released with a notice to appear in court. “This is what Intelligence-Led Policing looked like in the stone age,” said the post, which included pictures of the vehicle and a barefoot driver dressed in Flintstones garb. The post jokes that the prehistoric Smart car was seized and is now part of the police fleet.

A Texas woman, Jane Dinscore, her sister and her niece were bitten on the hands while trying to feed the felines.  Dinscore says that she took two kittens into her home after finding them in an alleyway she told officials only to discover that they were not housecats but wild bobcats. When Dinscore started doing a bit more research and educating herself, she started thinking: ‘You know what she thought, these don’t look like your standard house cat.‘” San Antonio Animal Care Services spokeswoman Lisa Norwood told local TV station KSAT 5. She told KSAT 5“Maybe we should call somebody.’ Thankfully, she did.” New information has come out indicating the young cats were actually found by her brother, James Dinscore in Atascosa County, before they were apparently brought into the local home by the bite victim. However, she maintains that she believed the kittens were domestic cats.

“My brother called and said he had some Bengal kittens at his house in McCoy,” Jane Dinscore told San Antonio TV station KSAT 5 on Wednesday. She said she took the kittens home and called ACS after they behaved aggressively, biting and scratching her and her relatives. She lied at first about the origin of the kittens because she didn’t want to possibly get her brother in any trouble. ACS and Texas State Parks and Wildlife are working together to determine if the situation merits any criminal charges for disturbing wildlife, according to USA Today. The animals are now in quarantine under the care of Wildlife Rescue & Rehabilitation in San Antonio. As you might expect, the on-duty clerk was pissed, you’re in trouble now, or, (Urine trouble now!) An Aurora, Colorado woman, has been cited for property damage after she allegedly used a 7-ELEVEN microwave to heat up a white plastic bottle filled with urine on Thursday. When the bottle exploded, and  the pee ended up dripping out of the microwave, 26-year-old Angelique Sanchez allegedly left the convenience store. according to Denver NBC affiliate KUSA. The clerk told police that she threatened to call law enforcement if Sanchez didn’t clean up the mess, according to KOAA the NBC affiliate in Pueblo. Officers found Sanchez at a nearby clinic where  she was due to take a urinalysis test for a potential employer, according to the Associated Press.

According to the police report, Sanchez did come back to wiped up the microwave, but she apparently just took napkins and wiped the substance off the floor but not the microwave before walking out again. Sanchez reportedly told the police when confronted, that “she had cleaned up the mess and did not understand the problem,” according to KUSA. The officer wrote in his report, that he had reminded Sanchez that urine had blown up where people prepare their food, Sanchez told the officer it wasn’t real urine therefore no problem. Sanchez was cited for damaging the $500 microwave and she was not allowed to take her drug test that day.
